Run by a Japanese woman, this little restaurant nestling at the top of Place Imbach has become a local reference over the years for ramen, its specialty. The menu features almost a dozen varieties of this traditional soup, which can be multiplied by three depending on the broth chosen. Gyozas, kimchi and takoyaki (a pancake dough ball filled with octopus) also feature.

Fan de manga ce petit restaurant est pour toi ! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place (réservation conseillé). Les ramen sont top on ne repart pas avec la faim.

Ma femme et moi sommes rentrés récemment d'une longue expatriation au Japon. On peut dire que ces ramens sont excellents, et les ingrédients comme la viande probablement meilleurs que ce qu'on trouve en moyenne au Japon.
