Restaurant offering generous and copious Japanese cuisine in Angers.
Do you like Japanese food but not so much fish? There's no sushi! No more than hair on the tongue, but noodles (ramen, of course!), rice, seaweed and vegetables. Rice lovers will choose onigiris or donburi: it is a large bowl of rice topped with vegetables, meat, or fried food... and it's really hearty! There are also takoyakis (octopus balls) or okonomiyakis (kinds of omelette), broths... In addition to the menu, the chef offers "recipes of the day". Dishes and starters (eggplant and pepper salad, miso soup) are well spiced up and the sweet and sour taste is not too pronounced. For today's dessert, a red fruit salad with umeshu rounded off the meal perfectly, but remains a little downside for the iced mochi, with little flavour. To note, a very friendly welcome.
