Restaurant offering excellent Chinese fondues in Angers.
Yohan and You Wei opened this beautiful establishment in 2017, which was expanded this year, entirely dedicated to Chinese fondue. It is a success both for the charm of the place and for the quality of the cuisine. With old exposed stone walls with refined decoration and designer lighting, the place does not fall into the trap of the false local colour! The Chinese fondue? A selection of about six ingredients (all of them fresh), vegetables, meat, fish or noodles, which are combined with a broth (including chongqing). Among the vegetables: Chinese cabbage, tofu, radish, broccoli, mushroom, seaweed, lotus... Meat side: beef, pork, duck, lamb and frogs' legs. On the sea side, finally, play monkfish, squid heads, shrimps or fish. Chongqing is a Chinese region renowned for its spicy broths. To pay tribute to him, the owners offer three levels of spices, knowing that level 1 has already been raised! In addition, highly studied sauces are available for self-service: sesame, sweet and sour, sesame and peanut... Each table has its own integrated hot plate and a small strainer allows you to cook your food as you wish.

La fondue et ses accompagnements étaient excellents ( peut-être un chouïa cher, l'addition monte très vite, mais vu la qualité, on était très bien dans le déni).
Sans parler des délicieux desserts.

Pas du tout déçue les prix sont raisonnable et la nourriture, le concept et l'ambiance ainsi que le personnel sont au top!!
Je recommande fortement que ce sois en date, en famille ou entre amis.
Prix raisonnable pour les vins qui sont à découvrir, sans oublier les cocktails et desserts.
