Restaurant where you can enjoy dishes and specialties created by chef Pierre, such as the palette of beef in beurre blanc sauce.

This restaurant lives up to its name. Pierre Chatalain, the chef, enjoys telling us culinary stories. His speciality is Philou le Nantais' palette of beef in beurre-blanc sauce, a nod to his uncle who ran a restaurant under the Cheviré bridge, as well as Grandpa Bob's cannelés and his partner Jean-Frédéric's cork waffle... The dishes are full of thoughtfulness and a tribute to good human relations. The decor, made up of old collector's advertising posters, plunges us into a nostalgic world where we feel right at home. This fine bistro is open 24 hours a day and also serves as a wine shop. You can leave with a tea towel or apron stamped "Les Bons Vivants". All bon vivants are sure to return! Marie in the dining room is all smiles.
