Starred hotel with cosy rooms and a warm restaurant in Vertou.
The High Forest is a three-star hotel with 34 rooms and it is also a restaurant. Situated in Prodigy, at the gates of the vineyard, we come here to lunch or dinner of a brasserie-type kitchen with the classic classics of the genus: rillettes of salmon, bowl of poultry or oysters; , a parmentier of duck, a fish of the market or a skirt of roasted beef. And finally, a crumble crumble, a red fruit tartelette or a chocolate foam. The restaurant is privatized. In the Hotel de la Haute Forêt you will also find a seminar formula with lunch.

Accès facile , depuis la sortie VERTOU sur la rocade sud .
Le nouveau patron est sympa , l'accueil est TOP .
Le personnel a toujours le sourire . Ici on voit que l'ambiance de travail est excellente .
Le Restaurant est TOP de chez TOP : Le CHEF de Cuisine et son équipe savent faire de la vrai cuisine .
On se régale à chaque fois !
Ainsi , après une journée de boulot parfois difficile , une fois les bagages déposés en chambre , on descend dîner au Restaurant avec un réel plaisir . Et l'on est jamais déçu !
