Eddy Laurioux and his wife Anita have been running since 2005. They attach great importance to good local products. In the entrance, don't go next to the liver of homemade fat served with apricot chutney in summer and prunes and almonds in winter. This entry won two gold medals to the chief. Continue with one of the specialties of the house, such as perch butter and seasonal eels, as well as poultry poultry, including Ancenis chicken. Finish with a chocolate moelleux.
