Wonderful surprise in Sucé-sur-Erdre with the restaurant Le Beau Nid! The name? A nod to the family name of this young and talented chef Valentin Bonnissent, a Sancerrois who has multiplied his culinary experiences throughout the world. We are invited to his cosy nest in this charming bistronomic restaurant where absolutely everything is done for our sole pleasure. The green atmosphere, the woody colours, the light. Mon restaurant préféré de toute ma vie. Je n’ai jamais été déçu et toujours été surpris. Le meilleur endroit pour manger sur Terre et coup de bol, j’habite à côté.

Dans un cadre intimiste et chaleureux, nous nous asseyons pour un voyage culinaire exemplaire. Dès la mise en bouche , le ton est donné avec des saveurs subtiles qui ravissent nos papilles….
