Inn offering a no-frills menu of regional products between land and sea at a reasonable price
This is one of the best addresses in the Pays de Redon, behind a friendly, discreet façade. Adeline and Fabrice welcome you to their little inn at the crossroads of the Nantes-Brest canal and the Vilaine river. The short menu reveals a sophisticated yet unpretentious cuisine, relatively classic but fair and focused on local produce, whether from the sea or the land. Tatin of pan-seared duck foie gras, figs and balsamic port coulis, smoked salmon tiramisu, pan-seared fresh scallops, Noilly-Prat sauce or tournedos of duck breast, green pepper sauce, vegetables of the moment - these are the dishes you can enjoy here, and all for a reasonable price. After lunch, the towpaths are within easy reach, and several parking lots are also available.
