The Boutique des ateliers is the new snacking and boutique offer of the Beillevaire cheese dairy. The opportunity to showcase the (many) products made on site, from cheeses of course, to dairy desserts and other sweet treats (mousses, panna cotta, creams...). Everything here is prepared on site. Sandwiches, salads, bruschettas and even hot dishes to come (tartiflettes, aligots...) are perfect for a tasty and 100% local lunch break, and are to be enjoyed in the bioclimatic pergola, or taken to the office for example. Aperitif boards and theme evenings also punctuate the offer of this snacking that was certainly missing. It should be noted that the meal can be completed by a visit to the cheese dairy, free, guided or gourmet.
