Lisa and Frédéric welcome us to their creamery, cheese factory and cellar in Saint-Herblain. Asil, or Lisa in reverse, is the home of their products of character. They have at heart to propose artisanal and local products and work with about ten producers of the department. At Asil, you can find a range of a hundred cheeses, most of them farmhouse or raw milk. To accompany these dishes, ask their advice or let yourself be tempted by the beers of the Nautile or Philmore breweries, the CoqLicorne spirits, the liqueurs produced in Valette or the rums of Fontanel.
