Open for over 20 years, El Cap offers over 2,300 m² of climbing space (1,700 m² dedicated to rope climbing and 600 m² to bouldering), suitable for both experienced climbers and beginners. El Cap is a great jump into the world of climbing. Bright and colorful, the color-marked climbing routes change regularly, offering new routes for regular climbers. Different types of profile are available to help you progress. There are also courses for beginners and advanced climbers, supervised by state-certified instructors, and courses during the school vacations. A mountain store, for professional equipment, is also included in El Cap's extensive range. What's more, a brand-new training room has just been opened! And scoop: since summer 2023, a new sea canyoning activity can be practised in Batz-sur-Mer with El Cap instructors!

Aziz Ayawo, a dancer and musician from Togo who participated in some of Yannick Noah's concerts, the art and the way to animate his dance courses on Monday and Thursday every Week in Saint-Herblain Bourg or Boissière. Tonic and rhythmic, its dance courses attract many novices, eager to discover African culture through dance. The price is reasonable: about 200 € per year.

Qualified instructors from EL Cap climbing gym in Saint-Herblain have launched a new sea canyoning activity for summer 2023! It's all about climbing, walking, jumping into the ocean, diving and zip-lining from one rock to the next, all in complete safety! Accessible to people aged 12 and over, provided they're in good physical condition, but open to beginners, this is your chance to enjoy this superb outdoor activity. Departures are from Batz-sur-Mer in the Baie du Carbonet. The instructors are from the El Cap climbing gym in Saint Herblain, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2024! Let's go to the wild coast, and experience the thrills of climbing and canyoning at the same time!

This establishment brings together several activities to be enjoyed with friends, family or colleagues, for even more fun! Quizboxing offers an immersive quiz session, as if you were on a TV set. Into The Abyss invites you to take command of a submarine, where cooperation is essential to successfully complete the mission. As for Koh Nanta, a reference to a well-known TV game show, two tribes face off in physical, skill and tasting tests. Prior booking required.

Unique in the world of new leisure activities near Nantes, do you know axe throwing? You are not dreaming, it is indeed a sport, surprising certainly, it is however part of a real federation of "axe and knife throwing". Here, a stone's throw from the Atlantis shopping center, Olivier Roux welcomes you to get your hands on the axe. This activity is played indoors in a room fitted out with six throwing lanes. A maximum of 3 people per target is allowed. After the 5 minutes of safety instructions and throwing technique, followed by 15 minutes of intensive training, the 30 minutes of the tournament begin, with the last 5 minutes devoted to the result and the final photo. The tournament consists of hitting the target in front of a wooden panel. There are 5 types of axes in this unusual, innovative and technical activity.
