Terrace on the edge of the swimming pool, palm trees, the White Square, it's a little Miami in Saint-Herblain! Catherine welcomes you with his team. Jean-Pierre, her husband who cooks in the kitchen, looks after your papillae. Jean-Pierre worked for several starry tables in Corsica, and recently at Le Mans, Grenier in Sel. Finally, to finish with sweet sweetness, test the soft pear/chocolate, confit and sorbet peire/vanilla, cocoa sticks; the Breton slit mango/pineapple, pina colada ice cream, cracking meringue or the tatin apple, bread lost spices and ice cream apples/caramel. A space is dedicated to welcoming groups. And for sweet summer evenings, the hotel organizes cocktail cocktails. A beautiful place a little "hidden" in Saint-Herblain and yet close to the Atlantis shopping area…
