LE BUTCHER ST HERBLAIN

After Saint-Sébastien, a^2nd Butcher opened its doors in the North Loire in Saint-Herblain in the Atlantis area. Notice to lovers of a nice traditional brasserie with fresh products! We come here for the good meats guaranteed 100% Parthenaise but not only! The place is very pleasant, luminous with its 3 rooms well arranged and decorated, green walls, picture of Highland cows or oxen in the countryside. There is also a separate room for meetings or business lunches. We like the beautiful wooden tables, the open kitchen where we crackle the pieces of meat with the lava stone! The menu is the same as in Saint-Sébastien (gourmet!), we add here the magnificent terrace and the afterwork evenings from Thursday evening. The whole with also tapas, cocktails or mocktails, as well as a wine cellar 100 % French with the best of our regions, of which the Wines of the Loire... Here, we are welcomed by Romain and Kévin, the two brothers and their super team with the small care. Reminder: the meats are tender and melting. Here we have ribeye steak, entrecote, rib of beef, baron of lamb, sausage, rump steak, andouillettes, veal kidneys, sweetbreads... served with homemade sauces and side dishes. We also offer signature dishes such as pork pluma... But also recipes for sausages, blood sausages and terrines that the family has the passion to perpetuate. Affordable lunch formulas are available alongside a very gourmet menu. For the less carnivorous, alternatives exist with fish (octopus and sea bream) and beautiful gourmet salads and other recipes to share. On sunny days, braziers are served on the terrace.
