Located right next to the Pathé Atlantis cinema in Saint-Herblain, this salad bar deserves our attention. Well known in Bordeaux, the fresh attitude has opened up in Saint-Herblain. In this creative salad café with its contemporary decor, you can enjoy yourself while eating light. The concept is simple: you make your salad to measure. It can be eaten on the spot or taken away. First we choose the base: lettuce, mesclun, spinach shoots, lamb's lettuce, wild rice, penne, then we add the vegetables, cheese and other ingredients from those on the counter. All that's left to do is choose a sauce and enjoy. Fresh tomatoes, cherry and dried tomatoes, scrambled egg, carrot, chickpeas, avocado, anchovies, roast chicken, white or country ham, anchovies, crab flakes, feta, mozzarella, parmesan, apple and nuts are some of the possibilities. You can have a unique salad (based on 4 ingredients) or enjoy the formulas with the Salad menu, including a dessert and a drink. The Eat Salad formula is up to 6 ingredients. If you prefer, you can concoct our salad à la carte, with as many side dishes as you wish. For dessert, fresh fruit salads, cottage cheese, chocolate muffin and a cupcake will conclude the meal. It is very practical (before or after a movie) for the office or at home. You can enjoy the tables inside or take away, for our green lunch or dinner

En le faisant savoir, la responsable à repris ma salade en confirmant qu'il y avait bien un manque, pro et réactif ????
