The Xavier burgers are produced with 100% fresh and local products, and are 100%… tasty! The tome is from Couëron, the «priest» is nantes, meat (minced by its care) is local, as well as vegetables. The fries are fresh, of course! Every day we have a choice of 5 burgers (including a vegetarian), which is added to the burger of the month. Xavier evolves his card over the seasons and his desires. It also offers salads on entry. This training cook, who worked in the distribution a few years before returning to his first loves, also offers his services to businesses and individuals.

On a dégusté samedi soir un chouette cheese-burger comme rarement j'en ai mangé! La viande est de qualité, la cuisson est maitrisée! C'est un peu bateau de dire ça, mais à 8€ c'est imbattable! On trouve des burgers artisanaux un peu partout mais il faut souvent compter le double de ce prix! En plus Xavier le patron est très sympa! Passez-donc lui faire un coucou et goûter sa cuisine!
