Address with terrace in Rezé offering a menu of seasonal products, meats, fish and seafood

The atmosphere is pop and accomodated outside, on the terrace with colorful furniture and inside, as colorful. On the map, seasonal products and arrival of the moment come together. To discover, for example, a verrin of daurade tartare or, on the day of our passage, a fine goat and tomato pie. On the flat side, the Trent offers a wide choice of meats, tartones, fish and seafood, with each day the chef's suggestion (that day, a net of place and its white butter accompanied by a vegetable flan). Finally, the cream burned in the heart of raspberries or, our choice, a lemon cheesecake. Perfect! The heated veranda has a beautiful view of the Loire.

Un grand merci à l'équipe du Poussin Rouge ,de nous avoir reçu Mardi 9 janvier vers 21h50 pour mon anniversaire ,sans réservation . Nous avons trouvé refuge au Poussin Rouge ,l'équipe a réussi ,à nous faire oublier en quelques instant ,le moment désagréable passé avant à la CIVELLE où malgré notre réservation ; ils arrivent à vous mettre dehors, sans que vous ayez passé commande pour débaucher plutôt . Je vous conseil le Poussin Rouge , les serveurs sont professionnels ,compétents, sympathiques et heureux de faire leur métier .Un grand bravo . La cuisine est top ,pour un tarif tout a fait en adéquation .Le cadre est très sympa .Nous avons pu passer un agréable moment en famille et diner tranquillement sans nous sentir presser grâce à vous ,encore un immense MERCI . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .
