A restaurant in Rezé with a pleasant garden, where the chef and his team concoct delicious butcher's cuts and platters to share.
In this traditional restaurant, you'll appreciate the private spaces. The garden provides pleasant company (chickens and a rabbit). Enjoy the affordable lunchtime menus and taste the famous Black Beef Stone, borrowed from the restaurant Les Tontons Cuisinent in Saint-Sébastien: a piece of beef cooked using an ancestral method on a lava stone. The wine list is comprehensive (50 references). Anthony Aubin, Ernest's manager, and his team concoct seasonal dishes: burgers, gourmet salads, vegetarian dishes and fish from the fish market. We also love the sharing planks. There's a lovely upstairs dining room overlooking the garden, and the restaurant can be privatized.
Sauf les baies vitrées qui quand il fait froid dehors donne une sensation de courant d'air froid...
Ça gâche le repas.
