In the heart of Rezé Laure-Anne and Damien Garcia, husband to the city, offer authentic and creative cuisine with homemade dishes made with fresh and local produce. In the dishes with balanced and delicate flavours, discover as a starter, the roll of semi-cooked duck foie gras, onion jam and country bread tiles, a nod to the chef's Périgord origins. To follow: the roasted monkfish medallion, Colonnata bacon or rabbit leg stuffed with foie gras. The desserts are delicious like the macaroon with the first strawberries from Haute-Goulaine, cardamom flavour or coconut and passion fruit, aloe vera biscuit. A very good address!

Accueil souriant de la patronne.
Nous avons pris le menu du Marché à 26,50 €, nouvelle carte d’automne, pour des plats qui sont frais et travaillés, que l’on peut qualifier de gastronomiques et qui sont originaux (ça changent d’autres restaurants plus classiques)
En entrées : Cromesquis de lapin, Saumon mariné à la betterave
En plats : Rognon de veau pané avec champignons du moment, Pièce du boucher (faux filet)
En desserts : Figues laquées au porto et son Sorbet, Feuilleté de quetsches et crème vanillé
Nous nous sommes régalés, mais la qualité des produits demanderait d’être servi dans des assiettes chaudes (rognons, viande),
La carte des vins sera renouvelée (les bouteilles non disponibles sont rayées sur la carte --->TB)
