A sea excursion with the Compagnie des Corsaires de Retz in Pornic.
Do you want to go out to sea for a few hours, half a day or a whole day on board a sailing boat? This is the program proposed by the company of the Corsairs of Retz with, at your choice, a discovery trip of 2h30, a sea trip of 4 hours (1/2 day) as well as longer formulas with or without stopover: day, weekend. At sea, you will pass not far from the Pillar Islands off Noirmoutier or, in season, near the Ile d'Yeu, Belle Ile or the Ile d'Houat. In any case, be aware that it is the tides and the state of the swell that will systematically decide the route. Built in Asia in polyester and wood, the sailboat Corsaires de Retz is a Formosa ketch of 16 meters overall. Please note that for any type of exit, it is advisable to put on comfortable shoes and clothing, wear a windbreaker and/or warm clothing (even in summer) and bring a hat or cap (especially for children). Attention: the times and days of the outings depend on the tides and the weather, so check with the tourist office for all the packages.
