Located next to the blue road, Nantes-Pornic, the pond of Val-Saint-Martin covers 150 000 m ². This ancient pagan place of worship was christianisé. Noyé by water restraint, the site is now popular with walking enthusiasts and fishermen. There are plenty of outdoor leisure opportunities available from this park, a few hundred metres from the city. Children's playgrounds, pedestrian trails, 3 km mountain biking trails, health courses and fishing areas are also available. The Black-bass pornicais handles the management of the site.
