A gourmet cuisine, varied, surprising and balanced, based on organic products in Pornic.

Who said that dietetics was bland? Here, the cooking is greedy, varied, colourful, surprising, generous and necessarily balanced. Everything is made from organic products, no pesticides, no synthetic chemical fertilizers, no GMOs. The chef proposes 100% organic menus, with detox/minimalist cuisine (gomasio soup, fish of the day and its sweet potato and walnut stew, pineapple soup) or Ayurvedic cuisine (rocket salad with sesame, vegetables with soya cream, soup with lemon zest, green pepper compote).

Excellents poissons, mais service trop lent
Au restaurant La Source où nous avons dîné pendant une semaine la vue est magnifique, les produits d'excellente qualité, en particulier les poissons. Cependant, en raison de la lenteur du service, il est dommage que 2 fois sur 3 ils soient arrivés tièdes. Le jeudi soir un grand buffet de fruits de mer est proposé, suivi d'une délicieuse brandade, et d'un grand choix de desserts.
Quant au petit-déjeuner buffet, il est très varié, avec nombre de produits bio (thé, beurre, oeufs, céréales, confitures et miel...).
