Le Rest'o bio, located in the Les Hameaux bio store, opened its doors in the spring of 2016, and is the result of a very successful participatory fundraising campaign. Every lunchtime, people come to taste dishes (100% organic of course), on site, in the space provided for this purpose, with a sober, modern and friendly decoration, or to take away (reservation by phone recommended). Every day, the chef prepares a starter and dessert full of flavours, and offers us the choice between a meat dish and a vegetarian dish. The day we passed by, we enjoyed a spiral of leeks with tomato sauce and seaweed, and a chocolate caramel dessert accompanied by its orange marmalade. As delicious as it is healthy. Before leaving, everyone puts their hands on the dough and places plates and cutlery on a table. Not to mention sorting through the waste....
