In the heart of the new port of La Noëveillard, Suzy's pancake house offers gourmet pancakes made with carefully selected ingredients, such as gold medal andouille sausage, Serrano ham and Basque cheeses from local producers. The eggs are organic, the fruits and vegetables are from sustainable agriculture, and the flour comes from the Moulin de la Brosse. A favorite is the galette with its skewer of wild prawns. Instead of salmon, we prefer the old-fashioned smoked trout in the galette l'Artimon.

Peu de choix sur la carte mais de très bonne qualité !
Servie vite, une quantité plus que suffisante, et un bon choix de boisson pour accompagner !
Nous y avons très bien manger.
Avec une patronne très agréable et une serveuse au petits soin !
