The castle of Plessis located on the road of Sorinières, a monument registered as a historical monument since 1975
Situated on the Sorinières road, in the heart of the vineyard, the Château du Plessis dates from the 14th century and was remodelled in the 15th and 17th centuries. Former residence of the viscounts of Rezé, it became, in the 18th century, the property of a rich shipowner from Nantes. It has kept all the majesty of the past centuries and continues to present a lot of charm, especially with its gardens and rose gardens. The monument has been listed as a historical monument since 1975, and opens the doors of its gardens on national heritage days.
