Repas et Aide à domicile offers personal services in Nantes and the Nantes metropolitan area. It is a team of 6 people who work with the elderly, dependent people and the whole family at home every day of the week to help you with the upkeep of your home, to check up on you, to choose with you the dishes to be delivered and to carry your meals. Catered food is traditional and homemade. For weekends and holidays, meals are delivered the day before and can be kept for 72 hours in the refrigerator. For your lunch à la carte, you will have the choice each day between 4 starters. For example: rainbow crudités, melon, pork snout, vegetable velouté or green salad. To follow, the dish among the 5 meats or fish this day, sautéed pork with rosemary, shallots sauce, Milanese hard-boiled eggs... to be accompanied by one of the 5 side dishes: mashed potatoes and spinach, Greek-style cauliflower, rice... And to finish on a sweet note: 7 lemon tartlet desserts, pear in syrup, caramel dessert cream, Liège coffee yoghurt... There are also salt-free menus, low-calorie menus, mixed menus and diabetic menus. Finally good to know: 50% of the delivery costs can be taken into account for a tax reduction.
