Just a stone's throw from the Parc de la Gaudinière, Alexandre Fichard masters the kitchen of this red-timbered house. With Élodie in the dining room, and the rest of the team, the menu varies from the daily special to the Inspiration menu, where you can take your time, or the Discovery menu. All homemade! Your taste buds will go wild for the sparkling white fish, peas and asparagus with red kampot pepper, or the old roast with fennel cooked with timut pepper, red bell pepper piperade and black emperor rice. Finishing with orange blossom cream, red fruit cake and white fennel ganache. The chef's passion for spices and berries makes his dishes sublime! A fine address to discover without delay, with the terrace in fine weather. Private parties and family events are welcome.

Les produits sont frais et très bien cuisiner ! Le service est top et les personnes sont très agréables. L’ambiance est également hyper sympa, ce n’est pas trop bruyant.
Le chef et son équipe manient l'association de produits frais et locaux avec des poivres subtils mais non-piquants à la perfection.
Dès que possible, nous y retournerons afin de plonger plus "profondément" dans la carte des plaisirs solides et liquides.
