This gastronomic restaurant has existed since 1981 and offers lunch in a rustic and country setting. Overlooking the tree-lined courtyard with walls lined with Virginia creeper, the tasting room honors a local and market cuisine. Most of the vegetables are harvested from an organic farmer in Nort-sur-Erdre. Dare to try the simmered snails with bordelaine sauce, then the fish tagine with lemon confit and laurel, and finally a poached pear with flaky pastry and blueberry flower syrup.

Le Bretagne n'est pas un hôtel mais un excellent restaurant avec une qualité de cuisine et de service irréprochable, le prix du menu Saveur est tout à fait justifié
