THE CHANTRERIE PARK
Park more than 100 years old, fresh and green, designed by the landscape designer Dominique Noisette in Nantes.
More than 100 years ago, this fresh and green park was designed by the landscape architect Dominique Noisette, who is also responsible for the Parc de Procé. the 18 hectares located on the left bank of the Erdre River offer a wide variety of trees: spruces, pedunculated oaks, Atlas cedars, purple beeches and chestnut trees, including a thousand-year-old one. The children's playground and the vast expanses of undulating lawns allow you to recharge your batteries in a calm and green environment. And there is nothing better than to lie down for a little nap at the foot of the Folie nantaise, once owned by the Drouin family before the city of Nantes acquired it. On Sundays, the awakening farm offers activities and workshops.
