A huge glass roof lets in the light. The wrought iron balconies overlook the ground. Opened in 1910 under the name Réaumur des grands magasins, this building, a true historical monument, finds its current name in the 1960s, when it was renovated into a sports complex. Today, after almost five months of work in 2017, only the gym remains in "Coidelle". Quite a symbol when you know that Armand Coidelle is the name of one of the first leaders of the famous gymnastics club La Nantaise. In 2016, photographer Jean-Marc Mouchet wrote a book on the history of Coidelle, a place with a unique heritage and architectural history.
