POL'n is a combination of individuals and structures grouped together in association with artistic experimentation and the sharing of practices and ideas. In this respect, all forms of knowledge transmission (arts, administrative and technical) are sought and encouraged. The association was born in 2000 as a result of the meeting of artists, directors of the show and researchers, making the same observations on the ground: the precariousness of the cultural sector, the isolation of its actors, the difficulty of access to cultural equipment, the partitioning of disciplines and their public. This was followed by the desire to regroup to ask for a place of creation, but also to build a collective project in response to these findings. POL'n's project is intended to be different and complementary to the region's institutional and alternative sites. Space is also a place where the public can see exhibitions, shows, concerts, performances and other forms depending on programming.
