Saveurs DétonNantes is the actor in the promotion of culinary heritage from the Atlantic to the Loire. Under Amélie's leadership, the network brings together producers, craftsmen and restaurateurs to pass on their values: working with local products, taking an eco-responsible approach, promoting "Home-made" and "Made in Nantes" from local products, highlighting craftsmen and their know-how, and limitingCO2 emissions by working on adapted menus. The concept of Saveurs is embodied in breakfasts, cocktails, events, and packages for companies and individuals. Micropouss, Ti'Bio, Coclé, Sugar Sugar, Food'Cru, Oh My Brunch, Poiron Dabin, Ô Bistrot Quai, Chacha, Sapio, La Boîte à Meuh, Choc Hola are part of the network!
