Present for 30 years in the event and promotional hospitality market, Charlestown has no less than seven agencies in France, including one in Nantes. You've certainly come across the hosts and hostesses at a trade show, an opening or in the street to promote a product. Charlestown has three types of jobs: corporate reception (physical reception, reception of Directors-Residence-VIPs, telephone reception, management of room reservations, taxis and travel, management of the mail service, letters and parcels, various administrative tasks), event reception (reception at trade shows and for the general public), hosting seminars, congresses and general meetings, hosting fashion shows, showrooms, fashionweek, organisation of prestigious sporting and cultural events, etc.) and sales promotion (in and out store events, promotional tours, street marketing, product launches, roadshows). Recruitment is selective since candidates are required to have a taste for contact, a sense of service, excellent presentation, good elocution and, of course, a smile and unfailing courtesy.
