With 30 years of experience, the developer Built Nantes, a company with a human size, is the source of very large sampled programmes such as François I, the Square Delrue or the Fontaine de Chair. From the luxury building to the offices, it is now a capacity of about 300 apartments that are offered to private buyers and investors. The projects named «Patios de l'Erdre» and «Passage Saint Christopher» (delivery in 2013) are the keys to success. In addition to their ideal locations, it both displays a quality of delivery, visible in small details (design valves, Porcelanosa tiles, heated floors, etc.).
