Whatever your fitness level, the team is here to help you accomplish your goals, whether it's weight loss or improving your fitness and health. Surrounded by encouraging athletes, this sport adapts to the level of the practitioner. Starting crossfit means joining a close-knit community committed to "wellness"! This gym, located in La Beaujoire, offers a space of over 630 m². What's more, the wide opening hours make us happy!
