After managing À l'Ardoise for two years, Chef Oscar Becerril has decided to give his establishment a new twist, now renamed L'Agave. This fatty plant from which tequila is made evokes its Mexican origins. The line of conduct remains the same as before: fresh seasonal products. The choice of dishes is voluntarily limited, the quality and the flavors are there. The alliance of French gastronomy with notes inspired by Mexican cuisine is delicious, it's beautiful! The French-Mexican team welcomes you warmly in a place where the charm of the old stone subtly rubs shoulders with the colors of Mexico.
