After London, Prague, Geneva and the Cayman Islands, this passionate and energetic chef welcomes us to Nantes, where she manages this restaurant-caterer. Her concept is innovative: she cooks bistronomic recipes where the plates are bentos (Japanese boxes). This saves time, and allows you to choose your formulas on the spot or to take away. Also at the table, with her sunny personality, Ambre shares her culinary passion with great tenderness. Coral lentil and sweet potato dumplings, vegetarian stir-fry or poke bowl with yellowfin tuna, ending with a buckwheat financier with chocolate textures.
