Already 4 years for this sublime restaurant held by the chef Lucie Berthier. The name of this establishment is a nod to her childhood memories of cuttlefish fishing. The establishment is located on the Feydeau Island. Trained in marketing and communication, but always passionate about cooking, the shift made in 2019 by following the culinary expertise of starred chefs: in Lyon at the Paul Bocuse Institute, in Burgundy with Luc Filoé and then in Marseille with Gérald Passedat and Alexandre Mazzia... is more than successful. In 2022, she was a candidate for Top Chef on M6! Since then, Calypso has joined Lucie in the kitchen and supports her. She has created a refined place in her image: modern and warm. She can also count on Charles to take care of the customers in the dining room to highlight her artistic gastronomic creations. Newcomer, the sommelier Kenz for the advice on food and wine pairing. Here the cuisine is inventive and tasty, the plates structured and colorful. The menu, also uncluttered, evolves with the seasons: highlighting fresh, local and mostly organic products in an eco-responsible concern to move towards zero waste and minimize the carbon footprint. We are delighted with this beautiful initiative which favors small producers for a healthy diet and a respectful consumption mode. And we go to enjoy a tuna/pepper/tomato water/ sesame tartar, then we melt for a scorpion fish/pickle/yogurt ceviche to finally savor a blackened brioche with sepia/passion fruit coulis/bergamot ice cream. What a treat!

La carte des vins est bien élaborée et bien conseillée.
Petit bémol, cette cuisine raffinée mériterait une ambiance générale plus adéquate (la salle est un peu petite et donc assez bruyante).
Mention spéciale pour les tacos d’anguille et pour le bœuf d’une texture incroyable.
