Charming and discreet restaurant offering seasonal products and a creative menu with a good quality/price ratio
A restaurant as discreet as it is charming, with the intriguing name L'Ourse, has just opened its lair a stone's throw from the Muséum d'Histoire naturelle. A nod to the "bear" mascarons that can be seen from the window and adorn the Musée Dobrée. And if you're still looking, talented chef Céline Mingam and her solid culinary experience would say that the bear constellation is shaped like a saucepan! So, welcome to this lady bear who's been delighting us. Here, the produce is in season, the menu evolves according to the market, and we love the creativity and meticulous presentation. For a good value, a fine starter of marinated peppers with feta, followed by a back of hake cooked to perfection and a mushroom emulsion, or small stuffed pastries delight our bear hunger before finishing with a chocolate mascarpone mint fondant or strawberries and salted butter caramel. There's no doubt about it, we're not hibernating, and we'll be back in no time to feast at this charming address!
Merci
