Creative cuisine by chef Alexandre Pichard in an excellent restaurant in Nantes.

In this restaurant, since 2018, the art of service sublimates the art of cuisine. Chef Alexandre Pichard proposes creative and delicate dishes, while sommelier Valentin Maillet invites you to enjoy delicious food and wine pairings. Quality dishes transcend tastes through a bold search for flavor. For example, you can enjoy pearly hake with green apple tartar. Then Noirmoutier grenaille potatoes with sweet spices, roasted onion purée and spinach shoots. Before finishing on a deliciously sweet note: roasted apricot with rosemary, creamy roasted almond cookie and apricot, balsamic and rosemary sorbet. An excellent address.
