MERAKI
Establishment in Nantes offering a creative and perfectly mastered cuisine, a starter followed by a main course for lunch
In Greek, Meraki means: "To do something with one's soul, creativity, or love; to put a part of oneself into one's work". The expression has become the watchword of chefs Maxime and Clément, who after working in various kitchens and as home chefs have opened their own establishment to treat us to inspired, perfectly mastered cuisine. This lunchtime menu includes a starter of smoked whelk, black garlic and potato, followed by a main course of burrata Nantaise, artichoke poivrade and strawberry harissa, and finishing with a surprising floating island, herb cream and raspberry. The unexpected taste combinations seem obvious once you've tasted them.
