In this elegant establishment with its modern decor, the creative chef, Xavier Rambaud, has put down his suitcases and brought out his utensils and culinary passion to sublimate the finest local produce. Whether for lunch or dinner, you'll discover a unique, meticulously-crafted menu that respects the reasoned work of local producers. On this particular day, we were delighted by an amuse-bouche of hummus, followed by a starter of trout, faisselle and radish. Next up: whiting with asparagus and Bock Choï. Those with a sweet tooth will opt for the cheese platter, followed by a gourmet dessert of almond, orange and lemon thyme. The 5-course evening menu is just as refined. A very fine address!
