Change of ownership in 2024 for this beautiful bistro overlooking the Place du Vieux Doulon in eastern Nantes! With 2 partners at the helm, Arthur and Guillaume, both graduates of the same sommelier-cellar training program! And Benjamin, the talented chef, who prepares the finest dishes! An à l'ardoise formula, fresh produce, attractive presentation and great flavors. And the must-haves on the menu! There's a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts each day, as well as a veggie platter, burger, salad of the moment and butcher's cut (meat from France). And don't forget the super café gourmand or Beillevaire cheese platter! In the evenings, the chef's elaborate tapas invite you to relax around this wine bar and caviste - and that's good news for the neighborhood! Mostly Loire wines, but also bubbles and other nuggets from our terroirs! What's more, it's open on Sunday mornings and at lunchtime: time for pleasure, time for wine!

J’y passe régulièrement le soir pour l’apéro entre amis. Arthur et Guillaume sont de très bons conseils et ont une habilité à faire découvrir des vins d’un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Je recommande Place Aux Vins (PAV) à toutes personnes recherchant un lieu avec une ambiance cosy. Plus la peine d’aller en centre ville. Merci à toute l’équipe du PAV !
