Change of ownership in 2023 for this discreet restaurant and bar, located in Bas Chantenay not far from Nantes' Jardin Extraordinaire. Arthur, supported by his smiling team, is in charge of this humorous bistro, with a twist that's reflected in the restaurant's name: À Poêle! The menu changes weekly. A slate with a choice of 3 dishes (3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts) and fresh produce, and always a vegetarian option. It's hearty, traditional, bistro-style cuisine accompanied by a fine selection of wines. A saithe terrine, black pudding parmentier, bouchot mussels and cheese galore are just a few of the dishes served that day. The warm and inviting setting features 3 rooms and a huge indoor patio for fine weather. Themed evenings are organized, and Arthur can also privatize the restaurant, which has beautiful spaces.
