Ceviche, burger and generous traditional cuisine in a contemporary bistro a stone's throw from Place Graslin.

Just a stone's throw from Place Graslin, Simone has been in business since July 2021. This "contemporary bistro", imagined by three friends, aims to offer a traditional, generous and revisited cuisine. The menu is voluntarily reduced, adapted to the seasons, but is no less effective! From finger food to dessert, you can find among others: truffle croque, sea bass ceviche, focaccia bread burger, chocolate fondant, macadamia and whisky cream chantilly... The decoration is neat and original, the place warm. A nice Bistro, Simone !
