Located in the heart of the university campus of Nantes, this brasserie welcomes you for a lunch with friends, alone, with colleagues, to eat quickly or to take your time. The two terraces welcome you on a sunny day, inside the vast room which can accommodate up to 240 people. On the plate side, traditional and hearty dishes such as fried mussels, fish and chips, turkey breaded with cereals and gratinated with chorizo and mozzarella, Vegetable pie (puff pastry, cooked tomatoes, roasted zucchini and mystery cheese), filet mignon steak in a mustard and sweet potato crust... Hors des horaires du repas l'ambiance cool et detendu.
J'ai dejeunée un Bao Bao au porc efiloché caramelisé et ses legumes en sauce façon Bo Bun, excellent j'ai été très surpris!
