The nature, first of all, with the decay made of starfish of eye (water brows diverted into vases, camaïeu of green, shining luminaires that recall the hay, baskets recalling a farm…). The cozy atmosphere makes the place the ideal place for a lunch break, brunch or breakfast between friends or lovers. The tribute to nature is also in the plate with beautiful local and seasonal produce. In this way you can enjoy entry: a carrot-milk soup of green coconut or coves with Xo sauce or a carpaccio of fungi-parmesan. Follow a dish like these tasty dishes stuffed with vegetables and barley or this delicious Dahl of coral lentils with its yogurt sauce. The dishes are tasty and delicate. To accompany them, you can choose between different Loire wines including: the effervescent (surprising), the white wines of Anjou, the Muscadet, Savennières… and the red of Ancenis and Saumur.
