An authentic restaurant offering fresh, homemade family cuisine in Nantes.
In Nantes, there are certainly many restaurants, but perhaps they are missing some extra soul… Chromosome, it's of course a restaurant but it's also (and perhaps most importantly…) a human project because it allows young trisomic adults to access the professional environment in a protected environment. At Chromosome, it's these young people with disabilities who welcome you, install you, give you the menu and provide the service for lunch, all chapeed by the caring eye of volunteers. The menu is unique and the control system has been simplified. At the slate, it is a simple, family-run kitchen. That day we started with a beet salad, apples and mint, a chicken chili and finally a fruit salad. Everything is fresh, everything is made home and everything is good! To that, we must add the framework: Large windows on the Europa promenade, a Scandinavian spirit with these clear wooden tables and these graphic cushions on the bench… Sober and so welcoming! You can't recommend to go to lunch.

Vous pourrez trouver les menus en avance sur le site internet. Encore un bon point.
Vous y trouverez même quelques livres pour faire passer le temps.
La cuisine est délicieuse et ces jeunes adorables.
Il est souhaitable de réserver.
