Discover Louisette, a charming little atypical bistro in baroque style. A brocante spirit enlivens the decor, with its skai benches and large bar. Here, fresh produce is the order of the day. At lunchtime, you can choose between a dish of the day, a seasonal vegan bowl or a butcher's cut. These include spider pork with tarragon sauce, sautéed veal with pan-fried polenta and roasted vegetables, or a spiced buckwheat and chickpea bowl with fruit and vegetables. This lively spot also offers Sunday brunches and Thursday cocktails. We love the pleasant terrace and its lovely view over the city and the Loire, the neighborhood brasserie spirit, the cohort of regulars and the warm welcome. A lovely address!
