Store with a terrace offering a simple menu and dishes served with Charmélicia, a homemade sauce

This brand name, located throughout the héxagone, has opened place in Bouffay. At the Bistro Regent, the map is simple since it is almost unique: a formula at 12,90 €. Choose from the room or the beef tartar, duck magret, steak or salmon tartar. The dish is accompanied by a salad bowl of fries and salad salad salad. Other possibility, tender for 2 way "rib rib". Je suis arrivée avec un groupe sur réservation mais nous n'étions même pas sur la même table, l'agencement ressemble à une cantine.
De plus, je trouve que le concept de ce restaurant est copié sur un concurrent et pour terminer, la cuisson des viandes n'est pas toujours maitrisée.

I am not hiding our disappointment. We came to the Bistro Regent because we trusted the reputation of Chef Phillipe Etchebest! So it's really the disappointment and the impression of deception on the goods, quality and greeting. He doesn't hesitate to shrivel and humiliate poor restaurateurs in the pain in the sentence, he'd do better to go around his own restaurant and replace the room staff, starting with a little arrogant blonde that puts you or it sings (despite the possibility of customers) without a smile, in fact that's the air. to be the operation of the house because all servers are the same (cold and expeditive). Cold salmon on the table, return to kitchen, after 10 min waiting this one returns on the table without any excuse, my wife has therefore eaten after me and to finish the fries that are dry (feel it was cooked the day before). Frankly with the moral lessons to which you accustomed us chief Phillipe Etchebest tried to clean your own door. We are very disappointed.
