Restaurant hotel ideally located between the Cité des Congrès and the Loire River.

The Novotel Nantes Centre Gare is, of course, a hotel ideally situated between the Cité des Congrès et la Loire, an urban setting at the same time as between Loire and business district. The Novotel is also a restaurant open from Monday to Sunday, offering bistro-style cuisine. A sandwich club can be bought there, unless the beef tartar and the farmer's chicken attract you. We love the garden that borders on the restaurant's windows, a green lung and a relaxing lunch.

Cuisine à priori alléchante aux noms des plats annoncés sur le menu. Mais dans l'assiette les saveurs sont absentes. Très déçu.

Bon rapport qualité prix menu à 31 euros : gaspacho de saumon, duo de rouget et brochette de gambas et en dessert une tarte au citron révisite et restructurée (Un petit régal...)

Très bon restaurant avec une carte délicieuse, nous étions ' et certains un peu difficiles mais le personnel est super à l'écoute du client et cherche vraiment la satisfaction.
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée avec un repas exquis.
Je tiens à remercier nos hôtes pour cette accueil merveilleux, un très bon souvenir.
Un repas de cette qualité pour 30 € c'est très raisonnable et même la bouteille de badois est à seulement 4.50 € .
Si vous passez par Nantes ou si vous êtes de la région n’hésitez pas à franchir le pas ;)
